Food Service Director

Baden Academy Charter School, a K-6 arts-integrated public charter school serving approximately 600 students in one building, is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Food Service Director to oversee and manage our school nutrition program. The Food Service Director is responsible for the overall operation, compliance, and administration of the school food service program, including USDA/National School Lunch Program requirements, menu planning, procurement, reporting, and program improvement initiatives. This position will work collaboratively with our Food Service Manager, who oversees daily kitchen operations, meal preparation, and kitchen workflow. This position may be structured as either: • Full-Time, Salaried, 10-month position following the school calendar (August–June), approximately 6:00 AM–2:00 PM; or • Part-Time position, 15-25 hours a week, for a seasoned School Nutrition Professional interested in providing program oversight and compliance support.
