SNAPA welcomes current Director-level SNAPA Members to attend the SNAPA Infrastructure Summit. The Infrastructure Summit is designed to help director-level members understand the physical backbone of their programs-from kitchen materials to power, utilities, and specifications- so they can make informed, proactive, and holistic decisions.
Most directors aren’t engineers or facilities managers, yet they’re expected to oversee: equipment purchases, kitchen renovations, utility limitations, vendor specs and bids, long-term maintenance and replacement planning. The goal of this summit is to bridge that gap in an untapped space. The future of child nutrition programs relies on sound infrastructure in our kitchens.
